  • No. I already understand how small electrical businesses run and the systems you’re likely using.

    In the beginning, I’ll ask a few more questions as I get to know your workflow, but you don’t need to create training for me.

  • That’s completely fine.
    Most sparkies come to me when things have piled up.

    You can send it through as it is, and I’ll work through it and get everything back under control.

  • I regularly work with Fergus and Xero, and I’m familiar with MYOB, Word, Excel, and Canva.

    If you use something different, I pick things up quickly and fit into your existing setup.

  • Very little. After onboarding, most of the work happens in the background.

    I’ll check in at the times we’ve agreed, and if I need anything clarified I’ll reach out in the way that suits you best.

  • Yes. Most of the sparkies I support are 1–5 person teams.

  • Yes. Monthly support can start from as little as 10 hours, or you can book one-off help when I have space available.

I pull together a service proposal outlining what we discussed, how I can help, and the cost of support.

Contract signed

Once you decide to move forward, I’ll send through a contract and book your onboarding meeting.

Onboarding meeting (around 1 hour)

We jump on Zoom and go through the nuts and bolts —
your systems, how you work, and how we’ll communicate.
I ask the questions and gather what I need.

You hand over the admin

After the onboarding meeting, you send things through as they are, and I sort it out from there.
I stay in touch at the times we’ve agreed and keep everything turning behind the scenes so you can stay focused on the tools.
